Terms & Conditions
We provide the following terms and conditions that regulate the use of the web format for the acquisition of a tourist service. It is of vital importance that they are read carefully before contracting and/or proceeding with the purchase.
We reserve the right to make changes at any time to our website www.gldnperu.com.
The use of our web portal and/or web components by our visitors (hereinafter referred to as the «User») certifies the full, direct, and conscious acceptance of each of the provisions included in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, hereinafter referred to as «GTCV».
Some of the third-party services we offer have particular characteristics specific to the service (hereinafter referred to as «Particular Characteristics») and, depending on the case, may replace or complement the GTCV.
The use, navigation, and access to our web portal and/or web components are free of charge. However, the services we offer and/or market are subject to a fee for such service provision. In some cases, Golden Peruvian Tours may include a fee for such service or assistance, which will always be clearly indicated during the purchase process.
- USER RESPONSIBILITY
Golden Peruvian Tours SAC will consider as valid the information entered by the User or Registered User at the time of making a reservation, assuming that the data (last name and first name) have been correctly entered exactly as they appear in their valid and current identification document (ID/DNI/Passport or Foreigner’s Card). Once the service(s) have been reserved and paid for, no corrections and/or modifications will be possible.
Rates are expressed in US Dollars, with the current exchange rate in Peruvian Soles, subject to availability and/or until stock is depleted.
These conditions apply to the itinerary and travel dates as requested and designated by the User and/or client.
It is the client’s responsibility to correctly enter their information, select dates, destinations, and other specifications for the acquisition of the service. Golden Peruvian Tours SAC is absolved of any liability, as it is a self-service web portal.
It is a mandatory requirement to be of legal age to purchase our services through the web portal.
2. QUOTES, PAID RESERVATIONS, AND BILLING POLICIES
For services managed through the reservation engine, the process will be immediate, including both the charge and the generation of a reservation code. For quotation services or budget preparation, GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will assign a destination specialist who will respond to your inquiry within no more than 24 business hours.
When sending a quotation (a budget based on a request), GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will provide the estimated price in US Dollars with the current exchange rate in Peruvian Soles. The amount payable will be clearly detailed, including the net rate + applicable taxes and the service fee for GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC‘s intermediation. Once this amount is accepted, the client is responsible for processing the payment using the available payment methods.
GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will always strive to maintain the prices until the issuance of the services; however, price variations may occur if the rates are no longer valid with the providers or if the stock has been depleted. GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will use all available means to inform the passenger and/or registered User of any price modifications. The price will not be subject to changes or modifications as long as the product or service has been confirmed with payment.
For security reasons, www.gldnperu.com may limit the maximum number of purchases and/or attempts a user can make in a single day.
Purchases made with credit cards are subject to approval by the issuing bank.
3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR TRAVEL AND/OR TOUR
The client, as a consumer and/or user of the service, has the duty to inform themselves about the documentation required for their trip and/or tour according to the selected itinerary. It is recommended to verify in advance whether a passport, visas, vaccinations, permits for minors, or any other required documents are necessary for the chosen destination within Peru. If any of these documents are required, the client is solely responsible for obtaining them.
4. TRAVELING WITH MINORS
4.1 Authorizations for Domestic Travel
A minor may travel and/or take a tour as long as they are accompanied by one of their parents. If the minor is traveling without either parent, authorization must be obtained from the non-traveling parent.
The validity and details of such authorization in both cases must be validated by a notary.
5. VACCINATIONS
It is important for the passenger or Registered User to verify health requirements before traveling to their chosen destination, as these requirements may change at any time. We recommend checking with official health authorities within Peru.
When it comes to vaccinations, the most commonly referenced ones are the Yellow Fever vaccine (World Health Organization information: WHO – Yellow Fever) and Malaria (WHO information: WHO – Malaria for Travelers). It is recommended to get vaccinated at least 10 days before the trip. In the case of Yellow Fever, the vaccine provides protection for 10 years.
Countries in the Americas generally recommend certain vaccines; in some countries, they are mandatory for entry, while in others, they are only required for high-risk areas. 7. TRAVEL INSURANCE
We consider it a good practice to purchase travel insurance as a precaution or support, especially for international travelers outside their country of origin. It is important to keep in mind that emergency and/or urgent medical treatment abroad can incur high costs, so we strongly recommend reviewing and selecting a travel insurance plan of your choice.
If a traveler assistance card and/or travel insurance is not purchased, GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC assumes no responsibility for any issues that may arise before, during, or after the trip, for both domestic and international travelers. Future claims or refund requests for expenses incurred due to an incident and/or accident will not be accepted.
8. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SECURITY
The purchase of tours and/or packages with a credit card is subject to approval by your card issuer. GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will apply an additional 5% fee to the total amount of the contracted service for the use of the online payment platform.
We adhere to high security standards for online transactions. Our website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certified, which ensures secure communications over the Internet through digital certificates.
When the passenger and/or registered user enters their account or card details and confirms the transaction, they authorize the payment of both the service fee and our processing charge.
If you choose to make a purchase in installments using a credit card, please note that:
a) The service charge will be applied in a single installment in favor of GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC.
b) Interest rates, taxes, commissions, or other charges that may be generated by installment purchases using credit cards authorized by your bank will depend on the terms and conditions agreed upon between the consumer and the issuing bank.
We recommend reviewing your credit card’s terms of use and interest rates before opting for an installment purchase.
9. CANCELLATION OF TOURISM SERVICES
If cancellations are allowed, the service must be canceled at least 30 days before the start of the package.
If the cancellation is made after the required advance notice period, depending on the destination of your package or tour, a 100% penalty will apply. This means that no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Once the purchase is finalized, any data corrections will be subject to a 10% penalty of the total fare, plus administrative fees. Any other modifications must be consulted directly with your travel advisor.
Certain services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure, or other factors beyond the control of hotels, airlines, providers, or partners. No refunds will be provided for such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control or that of our operators.
10. REFUNDS
Once a refund is approved and processed, the processing time will vary depending on the payment method used.
- For reservations made with a credit card, debit card, or other payment methods that allow refunds to an associated account, the refund will be credited to the same card or account.
- For payments made via bank deposit or cash, the refund will be processed through a bank deposit to the account provided by the user.
10.1 Processing Times
- If the payment was made with a credit card, the refund will be processed through the same method. The refund time will vary and depends on the bank’s processing policies.
- If the payment was made via bank deposit or cash, the refund will be processed through a bank transfer under the company’s name. The estimated processing time for this transaction is 10 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

- Full name
- ID (DNI, Foreigner’s Card, or Passport)
- Reservation code
- Registered email on www.gldnperu.com
- Bank account details (including CCI)
- The account holder must be the same person who made the reservation via the website
Refund processing hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

- SERVICES OFFERED, COMMITMENT, AND RESPONSIBILITY OF GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC
Through our online platform, gldnperu.com, we operate as an online travel agency, acting as an intermediary between registered users and the providers of tourism services and hotel accommodations that collaborate with us. We inform users about the features and conditions of these services, manage reservation and purchase requests, collect payments, and assist in finding solutions when concerns or issues arise.
The tourism service providers and hotels are responsible for transporting and accommodating consumers, their families, and their luggage.
GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC is not responsible for:
- Acts of force majeure or unforeseen events, including weather phenomena that may affect the total or partial execution of services.
- Schedule changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of flights, cruises, trains, or buses.
However, as stated above, and in our role as intermediary, GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC will provide all possible assistance to help the user or registered user obtain a solution, within the scope of our operators’ policies.
The rates displayed on our website and/or web components for each type of service are governed by the providers’ policies and will be detailed accordingly. Additional fees or charges may apply and will always be clearly communicated to the user or registered user.
12. ESNNA (Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism)
Tourism should promote a safe and exploitation-free environment for children and adolescents. Therefore, we do not tolerate or support any actions that encourage or facilitate the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.

13. COMPLAINTS AND/OR CLAIMS
GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS SAC provides a virtual Complaints Book, in accordance with the provisions of the Peruvian Consumer Protection and Defense Code.
14. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS FROM GOLDEN PERUVIAN TOURS
If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (which are mandatory), please refrain from using our website, applications, and/or web components.
