In compliance with Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies, Golden Peruvian Tours has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). Through this, we reaffirm our organizational code of ethics and firmly reject, denounce, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and the exploitation of minors in Peru and around the world.
What can we do to prevent this issue from growing?
- Maintain a stance of zero tolerance towards ESNNA and warn about the criminal penalties
- Immediately report any case of ESNNA to the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the National Police.

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal activity that we become aware of in the course of our operations, as stipulated in Law No. 29408.
If you are aware of any case of sexual exploitation of minors under 18 years old, do not hesitate to report it.
